Manager, Summer, can be quite rude!
these are awful apartments! wouldnt reccomend anyone to move here! their maint sucks and take a life time to fix anything...2 months to fix a broken toilet stool that leakes and its going on 2 weeks with out them fixing a broken ac! would love for them to be going with out an ac for two weeks durinf the summer time! New owners who just jacked up the prices ..save youre time and money and move elsewhere.
RecommendedI have moved back here.I lived almost 3 years the first time,and have been back about 6 months.The apartments are convenient and I like that they are all on ground floor. I have great neighbors. Wish maintenance was a little better but, nice guys. Not really had any security problems, but Tulsa can be rough any part of town. New roofs and insulated couple years ago. Electric bill is very reasonable for a two bedroom. Deposits are reasonable too.
RecommendedI had set my eyes on moving into South Glen Apartments and it might of taken a little bit but I have been here for two months and I love it here. It's home sweet home for myself.💙
mantiance and management
they say they'll get a third party to fix the AC. she hired someone alright but she told them only to into my apartment and check it out but not fix it. Pete the mantinice guy will go in there and say he fixed things but in fact he doesn't. so I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. they left me without ac all summer long and I have COPD. they really don't care about there residents. this is no place for the elderly of children.

Really crappy place to work and properties are trashed and ran down.
