Troy Seyfert is very unprofessional. He misrepresented several facts about the home he listed. He misrepresented our buying agent to his seller. He was very rude, condescending and unhelpful. There was an issue with the lockbox and his response to our agent was essentially 'tough luck.' I'd never hire Troy to sell my home and I'd think twice about buying from him.
Chad is a true gentlemen and a scholar. He has helped just about everyone in my family buy or sell their home.
I have worked with Chad to purchase multiple different homes and with Troy to sell a home. Chad is the best buyer’s agent! He is incredibly knowledgeable, is thorough when touring homes, and is very informative throughout the entire process. He goes above and beyond to help and give recommendations in the best interest of his client and their future, versus just pushing a sale. I would not recommend anyone else!
Chad Dutcher has helped us with multiple things. The first time was in 2021 when my fiancé and I bought our first home. He made this process enjoyable and seamless! Now in 2026, we reached out to him again to sell and buy. We started looking only 4 days ago and we already have found our new home and are listing our current home now. Troy was great to work with! We moved from out of state and Troy helped us get our home in a very competitive market. He went the extra mile touring homes and showing them to us virtually.
