I give them 4 stars due to all the box trucks in the way for us to get in the door. The people are nice and typically get you empty relatively quickly. Don't go to the address because it's the 4 wheeler entrance. Big trucks circle the block to mackenan dr from gregson dr and make the right immediately after the Johnson Subaru offices.
Took 7 hours to unload. 5 trucks ahead me waiting to unload. Only using 1 dock to offload
Arrived at 6:40 am . 4 trucks already in line waiting to be offloaded. 1 truck on dock for off loading. Have to wait on the road for a while before turning to the driveway. They are having 2 docks out of which one they are using to load there small delivery trucks.they work 5 am to 12 pm for receiving.may be u can come here at night and park to be the first person offload in morning or come after 9 am and get more sleep at truckstop. They work fcfs .An appointment system will work better here
