Dr. Chipps is actually a wonderful doctor. He is straight to the point and no funny business and I actually like him for that. I can see how some people may not like that but this is medicine we are talking about. He's not there to make you feel special. My issue is with his office staff. The woman who answers the phone is super rude and condescending and doesn't even state her name when she answers. I also had a major issue with the lady at the front desk. I had brought in a form for dr. Chipps to fill out and she was very ... read more

Trying to schedule an appointment for two weeks. Office doesn’t answer phones and all voicemails that they ask to leave with promise to call in 24/48 hours are left unattended.
Dr. Chips is the worst doctor. He is rude, races, not listen to patients. He does not care about his patients at all . His license should be taken away.
