I’ve been receiving allergy shots at this office for quite some time, and while the allergist and most of the nursing staff have been kind and professional, the shot clinic’s scheduling policies are incredibly frustrating and feel completely out of touch with the realities of patients’ lives. The biggest issue is the lunch closure. The shot clinic closes from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, a full hour and a half, right in the middle of the workday.
