Dr. Rostami is an amazing oral surgeon, and I got great care from her. Unfortunately, I was billed on my credit card $1200 for something that did not happen at her office. (They billed me for an implant extraction, which did not happen. I had a much more minor procedure.) This happened 2 months ago, and they assured me that it would be immediately taken care of. My wisdom tooth extraction went smoothly and the staff at the office were great!
I had been putting off getting my wisdom teeth removed for years, but after visiting Capital Oral & Facial Surgery Center, I wish I had done it sooner. Dr. Rostami and her team were incredible. Christina handled the scheduling and paperwork so smoothly, and Myeisha made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The surgery itself was quick, and my recovery was easier than I expected thanks to the clear instructions they provided.
I appreciate when a practice goes above and beyond. I originally came to Dr. Rostami for biopsy that my dentist was concerned about. I was able to be seen by her in a timely fashion and she was very empathetic explaining everything to me. I was very worried that I have cancer of the mouth and Dr. Rostami listened patiently and communicated with me in a way that I was relieved.
