I would really think very very hard before I use this guy I used him and he never left the office but he told me he went to court for me and charged me into the thousands thank goodness for my insurance agent when I told her about that fee she goes we never went to court. I did end up getting that money back and I did file a claim with department of insurance. It took almost a year to get my house fixed. I would not would not use this guy.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! He's hard to work with and will try many ways to add fees on top. He withheld funds because i didn't agree to them or pay the unlawful fees. The codes were written for Public Adjusters like him to prevent things like this but it won't stop him from trying either. The other complaint is very similar. He's threatening to *** me as and put a lien on my house. Don't be a fool or let him take advantage of your Claim. His only goal was to maximize his profit from my claim.

AWESOME COMPANY! They came to our rescue and got our claim settled with the insurance company in a timely manner. *********************** and *************************** are a great team, and I would recommend them. I was not familiar with ow Public Adjusters work but let me tell you how impressed I am with Capital Adjusting Services. I will give them 5 stars all day long for all they have done for us. GREAT JOB !!!!!!!

Tiffany T Great company- They stepped in and did as they said they would do , Our insurance company didn’t want to pay us for our roof damage , but Mr.Adam and Mrs. Karen came in as a team and help get what we need to get our home home and roof fix and I really appreciate them very much because with it would be possible they would get it done for you trust me and they will get you paid. Use this company!!!!

Toriano C 09/03/2022 I would like to thank Karen and Adam for this awesome company. My insurance wanted to only give me $6,000 for my roof. I reach out to this company they started working on my case right away within three months and my check was in my hand. They got me about 7 times the amount the insurance company offered me. I really appreciate this company I'll highly recommend anyone to use this company

Great company--does what they promise to do and got me so much more money from my insurance company than I ever imagined when the insurance company said my claim was only worth $41,000. I got over 200,000 due to Adam and Karen and the team there saying stay with us and we will get you paid. Use this company!!!!!!!!!

This company saved me when I thought there was no hope. My insurance company told me that our damages were $21,000 and the contractors simply laughed at me. The ins company refused to pay more any more money and with the magic of google I thought Capital Adjusting and they reassured me from the beginning that just because the insurance company says something it is not the end of the story. SIMPY THE BEST! The insurance company wanted to pay me $7,000 for the damage in my home when the water heater flooded. Excellent company who does what it says they will do--get you more money. My insurance company said my claim was only worth 10,000. I found Capital online and Karen came to estimate my damages. She was so kind and understanding with our family's needs. She and the owner Adam did their magic and within two months we were paid $126,000 from Lighthouse. NEVER TRUST your insurance company, they only care about themselves. Capital will fight and get you the money you are entitled to.
