Communication with agency was sub par. They were decent for the first few years but when I would call or email for assistance they would take note of my inquiry and say they’ll “get back to” me at a specific time or date but never would. I had to call several times to follow up with agent. Recently I needed to change my policy because my insurance company nearly doubled my rate.
