I recently had my 2000 4runner serviced at Capistrano Toyota and I cannot say enough about their Staff and Service Department. I usually take care of all the maintenance myself and I am very picky about how it is worked on, but I felt confident leaving it in their hands. Mike Horner, Asst. Service Manager, answered all of my questions/concerns and made it a great experience. I will definitely be taking my car here again!

This dealer is terrible they take advantage of the elderly people with false advertising and double charging them and then when you go back to clear it up they call the police. Watch out people.

This place is terrible and treat the elderly so badly. They took advantage of my boyfriend and then kicked us out of the place and called the police. They double charged him and then they were so rude. Watch them.
