The appointments are useless, you’ll be waiting 2 hours to be seen anyway with no sense of urgency or remorse
Very unprofessional office, especially the front desk staff. There’s a specific secretary who is rude, talks down to patients, and is completely unwilling to help. I brought my dad here and from the moment we walked in, we were treated poorly. We also needed help with a disability form that the doctor’s office is supposed to fill out (form B), and they refused, demanding private info they weren’t entitled to. Overall terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone.
I had a very bad Corneille ulcer in my left eye and on my first day there I paid $100 to be seen since I didn’t have insurance and after being seen she saw I didn’t have insurance and refunded me my money and pointed me towards the nearby department of social services to get insurance which while I was in the process of getting she let me go in for free and gave me medication for free and at greatly discounted prices she’s a 15/10 and if I had eye problems once again I’d gladly go back to her.
Very Terrible!! My mom has waited for the appt over one month. The front desk employees refused us to check in because we have a kid. They said not allow to take kid with us. Wonderful! Maybe they want us to throw my 2 years old son on the street! Don't go to there if you have to take your kids with you!!!
Just had my 2nd post-op check up this morning for my cataract surgery on my R eye. The surgery itself went smoothly under Dr A. Capistrano's expert-tender hands. I felt so confident and calm during the entire procedure. The result speaks for itself as my vision now is what I consider as UHD-ultra high definition. Thus, I'm looking forward to having my left eye operation done early next month.
