They are very thorough and explain all of their treatments, products and so much more. I went to look at some topper, they said i need an appointment, i said okay, made the app, went to my app, at the time when I made the app she did not say there is $50 consulting fee, other wise I would not book the app, when we were done she charge us $50 even I told them we have not told about this, they still charged us the $50 a good business will never do that,, because that wasn't on me,. Maybe that is the way they make money. don't recommend them at all.

Capilia demonstrated excellence in customer service. I am very grateful for the way my complaint was handled. Not all businesses do the right thing in a moment of conflict, but they stood out. They were prompt, professional, and solved my issue. With the very vulnerable experience of hair loss, they have gained my trust.

Just had a private wig consultation with Sheila their wig specialist yesterday…she’s so attentive and incredibly knowledgeable. She has a way of finding styles and colours that will compliment you and make you feel beautiful! I also had treatments for thinning hair with Kara (Certified Trichologist and owner) who is a scalp and hair specialist.
