Today was my first visit with my puppy Ellie! Was super nervous bringing my dog in with the entire social distancing thing going on and not being able to go in with my dog! But Devin went above and beyond and made me feel so much better and Dr Oakham reassuring me that my dog was a great boy for them and loving him while I wasn’t there with him and making him feel absolutely comfortable! Pet care in the time of corona. It was hard clipping my dog to a carabiner in the vestibule and walking away while they took her in. My dog suffers from extreme anxiety since losing her BFF in January and she was terrified. Dr. Jay and the staff at Capeway are so kind and compassionate I trust Dr. Jay completely and it went very smoothly as of course it would. I have been with Capeway Vet since they opened . They have always been very compassionate with all my dogs and staff is outstanding. Was very impressed with my visit today and the care that they have taken to not spread the current virus. Thanks for the concern that you have for our pet families.
Our dog, Martha, was attacked by four dogs four weeks ago. She was very badly injured to the extent she was having almost daily visits for treatments at Capeway. As of Tuesday, she has recovered enough to be treated at home. We cannot thank Dr. J and the staff at Capeway enough. They were so very compassionate and caring to us and especially to Martha. And all done within the constraints of the CoVi-19 requirements. I would absolutely recommend Capeway.
Today was our 1st time here. After going to another vet for 7 yrs, this one visit made me realize that place was no longer serving us right. Dr O'Donnell and her tech (wish I remembered his name) were AMAZING and caring with my dog. Him being skittish and full of nerves they got down to his level and figured out a way to get the testing they needed. Appreciate everything they have done💙 from the staff walking in to walking out, very friendly! and you can tell they love what they do.
