Dr J and Dr Ortiz are extremely caring and you can tell that they love their work. I am confident with the care they give all of our dogs.

Just love the care and concern in this office!! All the staff, including the Doc, are concerned. I never feel rushed!! i always feel my issues are addressed and that my cats are their total concern at the time they are there!!
They have taken great care. Of all our pet/people for years coco our beagle loved them dr gaudettte is wonderful
We boarded our dogs there and was told if they did need any treatment while there they would call us first to discuss. They never called but treated my dogs eye and proceeded to charge us for treatment when they did not call us first to discuss. They say one thing and do another and then fought with us about it. I would never bring my pet there due to them not following through on what was told to us by their staff and the lack of professionalism when dealing with us.
