We love it here! We’ve gone here for hikes and we’ve also had my daughters birthday parties here too! The kids absolutely loved it! Great place!

My solitude today was a new discovery. A very well maintained 80+ acres. I loved the hand lettered signage. I walked for nearly one hour. I will return to explore more there.

My six year old loves this camp. They go on daily hikes, and learn all about the trees, plants and animals around them. On Fridays, parents are invited for an early pick-up so we can see what they caught in the pond, and they get to show us around the sanctuary and what they did all week. Mine took me up a trail to show me the wood lilies in bloom, and found a sassafras leaf to show me how it smelled. He came home happy and tired every day. He'll definitely be back.

I cleaned around the animal cages at Capenhill one year with the Center of Hope as a volunteering job.
