My hair looked okay. However the Groupon stated a cut, style, and color all included. I ended paying $85 groupon plus $100 more. Would not recommend. I have used groupon before and when the voucher is purchased thats what you pay for nothing else. Hair stylist was not honest. The receipt that I received was not detailed on the specific services provided.
WAYYYYY overpriced for what you get, products used, and overall quality of service. Paid over $80 for standard women’s haircut. It was such a joke, the stylist was slow, often distracted, and used products I could’ve purchased myself at Sephora. It was so bad, I ended up telling her not to even worry about drying and styling my hair as I just wanted the experience to be over and leave. Got a balayage there with Ruth and she was AMAZING! She also did a kids cut and that was great too—my sister loved it! Great service, staff, and atmosphere.
