One big mistake. The worst haircut and color I have ever gotten. I paid $280 for curly cut and front hair highlights. The products that were used for my curls gave me scalp irritation, so I had to wash my hair. Then I realized my hair was butchered, randomly cut pieces of hair, it absolutely looks awful, uneven and unmanageable. I do not recommend this salon. Only posting this because my review from some time ago was taken down. Everyone here is super nice but I’d caution people with very curly hair to come here for blowouts. I paid close to 80 dollars for my cousins wedding for a blowout and I asked the stylist if he is able to blow dry curly hair well and he told me he used to work in NYC and has dealt with lots of different curls. I travel from North Jersey a couple times a year - that’s all it takes! - to have Trinh, the newly crowned Tendril Expert, cut my hair but then more importantly, shape then style my curls. She then shows me how to do it myself and I get strangers complimenting my hair (a first) for the months until I get down to Narberth again. Trinh is a secret I want to share with anyone who’s fought the frizz their entire lives. I feel so lucky and can’t wait to get back to her before the holidays!
