Love my color! – I have been a client of Capelli Bella Salon for years. The owners/stylists have always made me look younger and beautiful. The color provided is incredible! I receive compliments for weeks after having my hair colored/styled. I wouldn't have any other salon touch my hair!
Don't give you what you want – The first time I went, I had Stephani, who is the daughter of the owner. She is very nice and friendly. She didn't give me quite the haircut I asked for, but I liked what she did and how she styled my hair all the same. The second (and last) time I went, I asked for her again because I wanted to cut off all my hair into a very short cut, and I trusted her to do it. Worst Salon Coloring EVER – I visited this salon about a year ago for the First and Last time. The woman who cut my hair was wearing a lowcut, unprofessional shirt and laughed at my hair. I'm a Brunette and get my hair colored Blonde.. I had about 2 inches of roots b/c I had been looking for a new salon. The lady said I had a Halo- U dont make fun of a customer's hair.. GREAT COLOR! – Kathy has cut and colored my hair every 5 weeks for at least 14 years. She is an excellent colorist and I am very pleased with the results. I am 80% gray, so she uses three colors on the ends of my hair and even a color on my hairline. I love the depth of color in my hair and no one has ever thought I was even slightly gray. I would recommend this salon to anyone.
Horrible Salon!! – This place was awful! I went in and asked for carmel colored highlights, and Kathy gave me ugly platinum blonde huge highlights. I looked like trailer trash. Beforehand she had held up a light brown sample up to my hair, and it looked good. However I got something completely different! I was charged $100 for this mess, $10 more than what the price usually is. Avoid this salon!
