I got stuck with the pre-order Babyliss Pro GOLD FX since July 2018 with this company. Never be able to create account online which they said their system didn't work probably. I didn't get order confirmation after payment. I had to call like 10 times to get 1 answered. The customer service is terrible. They said they would sent order confirmation but they didn't.
