Sometimes we just have to say no. And some people want what is not possible. We wish we could help everyone but we cannot.
COE was 01/12/18. Capella said they wired funds today 01/24/18 yet escrow STILL HAS NOT RECEIVED FUNDS and requested a wire confirmation (now end of day). Why would they say they wired funds when it's obvious that they DID NOT wire funds? Avoid at all costs. Bad lender. Substandard in all aspects of lending. Not sure where they are getting their "positive" reviews (maybe paid?)
