I put a deposit on capehart and they told me it should be ready soon.. i called 2weeks later to be told it wouldnt be ready for a following 3more weeks so i asked for my money back because i wasnt going to wait another month. Then they told me they couldnt give it back bcause deposits are non refundable. I contacted a lawyer to ask if they were allowed to hold my security deposit and i was told they couldnt so i told capehart. They assured me ill get my money back through the mail and its been almost 2weeks and still NOTHING... read more
Just applied I have never been turned down due to my credit I have excellent rental history. Very unprofessional and they have many excuses.
I loved living in capehart housing but its darn expensive I can understand if they had been remodeled or just built but no these houses have been around since ages ago n their old ,they use to b old navy homes
