This is a Great Dentistry, with a Great Dentist and Great Staff. I think it is the best in the Flower Mound Area.
I was very impressed with the staff. Very professional, warm and welcoming on both occasions. I cannot think of anything that could be changed.

I missed my 6 month checkup and did not receive any communication from the office. I know customer retention is important, and would think you have a process in place to contact patients.

The dental hygienists r always friendly, and both dentists r awesome. They r great with teenage boys.
I have always been very happy with our experiences at Dental Depot however this time was a little different. The front desk person was a little less than friendly, almost a little snotty. Then I was not altogether thrilled with our dental hygienist. She seemed to be scattered almost not really organized with what she was doing, jumping from one thing to another. The design and atmosphere the Dental Depot presents is the most comfortable of any dentists' offices I have been to. Dr.Kana's assistant during my recent visit, is very accommodating and focused on her tasks. I was glad to have the new insurance discount explained to me. In terms of Dr. Kana's performance, I suggest we find a way to clone him !!!
Dr. Patel and staff were awesome.I just wish payment options were a little more affordable. Over all experience was great.
