Very busy and parking at a premium. Drove around back but found no opening. Credit Union has no opening to you, and I still use the Chicken entry but usually no problem. Ever think of tinting your widows so glare from sun on windshields will not hit us in the eyes? Given sun glasses which help.
This is the first time I've ever left that office unhappy. I came in for a cleaning which was not done because I was told I needed a different type of cleaning. The female dentist I saw contradicted everything Dr. Patel has ever told me over the years. I felt that treatments were recommended not because I needed them, but because the reimbursement on them would be higher. I will return because I love the office, but I will never see the female dentist again.
Very friendly, outgoing customer service from all staff.
One receptionist was not helpful, and I had to waited more than 30 minutes.
My usual experience is always above average.My last visit however,was not.The dental hygienist poked my teeth harder than any other I have ever had!Her personality seemed more standoffish.Sorry to report but thought u should know.Thank you for the survey.

Excellent treatment and a great group of employees, especially my dental technician.
I continue to go there because I get such great service and my needs are met to my satisfaction every time.
I appreciate the way you always inform me of new services offered, like the screening test for oral cancer. Great job on your efficiency and professionalism.
