I love the team at dental depot! I've been coming here for a little over a year and tend to have the same hygienist take care of me. I was surprised to see someone new (Kimberly)but she was great. She talked to me about my oral hygiene and instructed me as to what I needed to do better. She was pleasant and professional.
Really good service from start to finish, every time. Appreciate the care given to me, and specially my family.

The receptionist at the front desk was very short with one of the customers and then proceeded to get on her radio and tell the other hygienist to not send customers up front and have her explain benefits to them. She would call them instead. She then answered the phone and slammed down the receiver. Bad business! I also waited 45 minutes after my sappointment time to be called back. All of the team members at Dental Depot are nice and friendly.
My hygienist was ok but not as great as several others I've had in several years of being a patient at Dental Depot. Also, a comment about the technology as opposed to the facility or personnel. I have Tori and it would be a nice advancement in dental equipment to develop an X-ray friendly mouth piece for the patients with moderate to severe tori. The pediatric version is better but it's still extremely uncomfortable.
Knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly - expert in all aspects of dentistry. I have total confidence in all of the Dental Depot team.
This office and staff where very friendly and professional from the front to the back!! Everyone was so helpful! I love this place!!!
Virginia always does my cleaning and is great. I recently list my job and she told me about a dental discount program and directed me to the nicest office staff person who throughly explained it. I chose to enroll my family. I wish I could remember her name because she was fantastic. A load was taken off me as I feel I can now continue to pay for dental services for my family. We have always loved dental depot.
