I don't know where these negative reviews are coming from. everytime I have gone to the office, it has been a pleasure and have had no issues at all. Great experience, friendly staff and a nice clean office.
crappiest service I've ever gotten from a dental team. set up my appointment with them through my insurance and get there waste a whole morning doing paperwork and filling out there crap. just for them to tell me they don't take the insurance that referred them in the first freakin place, they could help me but I'd have to pay everything out of pocket. show them a text message from them stating that they were looking forward to my appointment. they said they don't know why I got that text message. shows what a piss poor plac... read more

money hungry used car salesman atmosphere. plus the doctor is doctor is very arrogant and insulting.
Not trustworthy
this place seems very seedy. everytime i'm there, there is always different staff, the dentist is ok, but doesn't seem confident and stutters when you question his expensive treatment plan. its also sketchy how his wife comes in and goes over "finances" and tries to push treatment. not the place for me.
My wife and I walk into this office at the end of the year 12/14 seeking service for the remainder of 2014. My wife needed work done on her teeth so we talk to the dental office representative about using my wife's remaining deductable from the insurancing company for 2014. It was agreeded that the remaining deductible for 2014 would be used for the proceduce plus the $2300 plus that I paid out of pocket. I have been religiously getting my teeth cleaned every 6 months for years. I went to his office as I am new to town and I read these reviews here and gave him a shot. The front desk staff and Dr, Yoon were friendly enough. Both my husband and I were told that we may want to get new crowns to replace the old ones we have. Dr. Yoon took pictures of them and basically stated that none of them needed to be done urgently.
