Bayada home care does a wonderful job!
The staff is nice, but many are not competent. The PT and OT is a joke. They show up, spend 10 minutes taking vitals and doing computer work, and then spend about 20 minutes doing exercises that anyone can do on their own. I can't see anyone making progress using them. Additionally---and I won't get into details---they did not properly manage my spouse's specific health care needs.
