This store and staff are fantastic. I have been using them for all my fish keeping needs for the past 6 years. They also, have been great with helping out with the classroom pets that I had at work. The staff here are nice, patient, and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this pet shop!
This store is well kept with knowledgable staff members and a great variety of stock. They specialize in all forms of pet care and are definitely worth the visit �
Called in to get a nail clipping for our dog and see what time they are opened until. Load up my 2 year old and our dog to go get her nails clipped. Get there to have an associate go talk to an invisible manager and come out to tell me "sorry we can't do this tonight, it's call ahead only" Walk out, walk back in to find a manager... still nowhere to be found. Did find someone I apparently talked to who said "oh yeah I forgot to tell my manager". Great job guys, I'll never be back. Terrible customer service.
