I go to cape horn pets regularly. at least once a week, sometimes more. whether i need feeders or just taking the kids in to the browse the reptiles and visit sheldon.

Unbelievably slow!! 20 MINUTES in line just for crickets and wax worms. I understand systems become slow. But when the line wraps around the store and the cashier is ungodly slow in his actions.. just no. I’ve worked retail. You move faster when a line is like that. And you open more registers.
This place is amazing. By far my favorite pet store ever. I recently started turning my home into an "Aquarium City" , each room having a display of brilliantly colored fish in various sized tanks. The manager. Michelle has assisted me from day one along with her super friendly staff. I couldn't be taking on this project without her, her knowledge of each variety is unmatched! Highly recommended to every fish lover I know!

Went to Cape Horn today to prepare to raise some praying mantis’ that came from our Christmas tree. I also had questions about my tortoise. Staff was INCREDIBLE!!! Everyone was so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The best pet store I’ve been in!
