RecommendedI seriously can not say ENOUGH great things about this place. I only shop at privately owned/independent pet stores, and I honestly only shop at Cape Horn!! I moved to Red Lion back in 2017 and I am so happy to have such an amazing pet store so close by. Everything is so decently priced, the store is clean, and you can tell that their animals are happy and well taken care of. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a wide selection of animals and supplies! I purchased a tarantula here and I greatly prefer the store to chains for supplies for animals besides dogs and cats.
Stopped in yesterday to purchase some fish I have been looking for as they are not sold in my area. Took forever to get service. Once someone was able to help me, the teenager working sold me fish that were thrown on the floor in front of me. Never once did the employee check to make sure they were okay and would not switch them for fish that were in the tank. When I got home, I placed the fish into a hospital tank. I’ve only been once, but the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful! Got my perfect little snake there after a good bit of research and looking around. I could really tell the staff was familiar with the animals and cared about them.
absolutely love Michelle I have been going there for over 4 yrs now she always has what we need and great prices I trust her 110% with my birds molucann cockatoo and lineolated parakeets she is such an easy going person and very knowledgeable
I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. I have been extremely happy with the service and verity they provide. The picture attached is of my most recent adoption from this great store. Big Blue is a roughly three year old Blue Iguana that they rescued and I was lucky enough to be able to provide him with a great home. Keep up the great work guys!
nice pet shop. i love the tortoise they have walking around. very friendly. the staff are really nice as well. helped my husband find everything he needed for our new ball python we bought there.
