Good experiance "considering", staff was excellent
My experience there for a colonoscopy was great in every way. Highly recommend.
I will NEVER EVER go back there. I had a colonoscopy six months ago. On that day I paid all my copays. Several months after the proceedure the surgery center sent me an check but the check was invalid as it was already expired. When I called them about it, I was told I would receive another check. Nope. And now yet another surprise. I received a collections notice claiming I never paid my copay for the anesthesiologist. Seriously? They have the money but just aren't applying it where it needs to go.
This was surprisingly a very positive experience. Everyone is very efficient from the time you walk in, everybody is super nice, sweet, and professional. The first person I met was Moreira a very AMAZING woman who double-checked everything, then I met Gloria, she was FABULOUS, she has a lot of experience. Phil, is the anesthesiologist he came in to meet me, he was AWESOME and the list goes on Erica was MARVELOUS, Bethany was FANTASTIC, and dr. Patel was GREAT. After fasting for over 24 hours for procedure was told to arrive at 7:40am. Was not taken back till almost 10am. Overbooking at its finest. Waiting room very small and crowded. Front desk not friendly. Not a good experience.
