Would not recommend Cape Fear at all. They don't follow the proper protocol for accidents. I work in the medical field and when I was hit by a driver complaining about my neck & head. The doctor just hooked me up with meds and sent me home saying to massage it & put heat on the area. She should have done a CT & X-Ray. Knowing this information, I questioned her about it and she said no. I went to another doctor's office and they were in shock just as I was. Come to find out, my spine was injured and I had a severe concussion.... read more
Horrible, the wait time is too long and they fnt open to 11am so that mean if I feel bad I gotta wait till they open
Really wish there was a negative in front because I give them a -10!!! It's an express care and there is nothing express about them. 4 - 5 hours wait for results + Dr to see you + check out. But yet they send you a high ass bill for service not rendered or for something you resolved yourself while waiting. Only the nurses there and it's only 3 of them that gets high 5 but the rest OMG YOU SUCK
