We moved here 3 years ago and began our search for a Dentist and a Hygienist. We found our Hygienist but, were having a hard time finding our Dentist. Everyone there was a pleasure to speak with. It was a perfect balance of professional and friendly. I love that they explained everything they were doing and made sure that I was comfortable and had all of my questions answered. Amazing care at an affordable price... Couldn't be happier!

I arrived in Wilmington two weeks ago from New York. I hadn't even started unpacking and realized that I lost a filling. A friend recommended Cape Fear Smiles and I called for an appointment, which I had early the next week. I was treated like a king the whole time, from the friendly receptionist to the gentle, steady touch of Dr. Cortez. I was thrilled with the quality of service from the moment I walked in to my departure. Top notch all the way - friendly, explanations of the procedures, no pain and helpful suggestions for follow-up and endodontist assignment. I felt very well taken care of
I have never been treated so well at a dentist office. They offered me a blanket, pillow, and headphones. The blanket was fluffy and warm. I immediately felt snug as a bug. The staff was welcoming and took great care to explain the different plans they offer as well as make sure I knew all costs upfront. The dentist is wonderful. I could barely feel the shot of novocaine and she fixed the chip in my front tooth perfectly. I am so glad I chose Cape Fear Smiles as my dentist.
