Will never go back. Physician was extremely rude with no compassion or bedside manner
My neighbor went for a COVID test last week. He called and they said they didn't have the result, then quit answering the phone. He just drove there and they're closed with no contact information. Unbelievable. They need to be reported to the licensing boards.
My friend and her mother had a terrible experience here. A tall blonde doctor was extremely rude when all they wanted was answers and to get tested. they dismissed them, were rude, and seemed to not care. take your money elsewhere, they do not care about the people who come in.
Words fail to express how excellent this place was TODAY. Being a successful business person, my time is precious and how I'm treated from the 1st call to the end of the transaction MATTERS. Call to them in advance = A+, Receptionist even when computer failed = A+, Doctor and Assistant, A+ or A+++!!! My situation was with my ears and even required a local numbing (anaesthesia). The doctor was off the charts EXCELLENT, understanding and made SURE the problem was 100% solved, not 95%! Highly recommend this place.
A huge thank you to Dr. Hall and his team. Not only did I get excellent care, but he took the time to listen, care, and was so knowledgeable, my husband and I are so thankful that we finally found a Dr that is truly present and involved in the care of his patients!!
Dr. Hall is awesome! My husband has been dealing with constant back pain for the past decade. No primary care doctor he saw would give him more than some pain meds. Dr. Hall saw my husband once, ordered an MRI, and my husband is now working with a pain management Dr. and has been almost pain free for a month. We are so grateful to Dr.Hall for taking the time to listen to what the issue was and giving us a clear path to follow for answers!
Prompt and great service, helpful team and loved Dr. Hall’s caring, knowledgeable way. From always answering the phone, following up, calling in prescriptions right away, excellence all around. Highly recommended, wait time was super short too, glad to have found Cape Coral Urgent Care. 👍
RecommendedWent in with a friend that was visiting from Michigan. We were certain that she had a bronchial infection. Dr Hall told her it was allergies. 24 hours later with the help of nasal sprays that he prescribed, she is feeling almost as good as new. Thank you Dr Hall. It was a pleasure meeting you.
So awesome! I made my first visit this evening because of a lot of pain in my left shoulder. The office/clinical staff was kind and professional. Dr Hall was patient and super helpful. Cape Coral Urgent Care was a breath of fresh air!! I was **so** worried about going to a doctor I wasn’t familiar with, but I was quickly relieved as everyone was so pleasant, warm, and diligent. Kudos for a job well done. My shoulder should be back to normal in no time! 😀
