As they say - You can have Good, Cheap, Fast; pick two. Well, with Century it is only one: cheap! Contract states 6 months to build. It has been a year and the property is still not finished. Three different times the builder had to move the closing with no communication because the build was not finished. You are much better just buying a manufactured home than purchasing this garbage of a "house."
