Deje por detrás un préstamo porque pensamos que era más conveniente comprar una casa nueva llevamos 2 meses y no tenemos fecha de cierra te piden lo mismo y las cosas más absurdas el financiamiento no es bueno dicen que los números dan y es pero es una exigencia detrás de otra mala experiencia . No se lo recomiendo a nadie es algo frustrante El césped es malísimo las ventanas no son de impacto el acabado no es bueno . Lo quiere vender como lo mejor q hay en el mercado .

Great builder.
I would not recommend to anyone. The customer service is bad and the quality of the home are poor. Extreme delays in construction and company does not accept there fault. Save yourself the trouble and use another builder that will deliver what they promise from the start. My worst experience in buying a home and I will never deal with them again nor would I refer them. Buying a home is important so make sure to pick wisely
