I would never recommend buying a home from Express Homes by DR Horton. My family and I have been living in our new build for just two years, and we have already experienced serious construction defects that have led to water damage and mold—posing a major health risk to our toddler and newborn. Express quality, worker are not supervised, Paul is very unprofessional, bad attitude, insulting to costumers. He told me that I was buying a cheap house so I shouldn’t be expecting. Great quality work. Not very professional, I am very disappointed 😢
