The apartment was dirty and had a lot of spiders. There was mold covering the inside of the washer and some in the bathtub. The owner of the property came to the back porch and screamed at us because we had our dog on our patio. After living there a couple days we received an illegal eviction notice and no deposits back. I believe they are scamming people. I have had 13 years of perfect rental history and never had such a bad experience.
This place is a scam. Do not apply here. We were served an illegal eviction notice for inarticulate lease addendum. The staff is incompetent in handling such (and any) cases.
