RecommendedI just swung by Cape Cod Choppers for the first time. Asked them for a part I have been trying to get at Cape Cod Harley for almost a month. They had it on the shelf. I’ve been trying to get a state inspection through Harley and that’s been a month as well. I’m gonna head to wareham and get my bike inspected. This will be my new place to get my parts and any of my answers questioned. Thank you guys at Cape Cod Choppers.

Unbelievably rude! One guy behind the counter, talking on the telephone to someone about politics, swearing up a storm. Looked at me, looked away, I waited another 15 minutes for him to finish on the phone, not a single business related word, for him to finally acknowledge me with "what do you want?". Apparently they solely work on Harley Davidson motorcycles and from the way I was treated, they look down upon owners of any other brand. I would never recommend even approaching this shop, let alone shopping there.
Great customer service and great variety in stock. If they don’t have it they will get it!
Terrible customer service. Quotes 1 prices and charges another. I will never do business here again.
