We have a house in Harwichport that we rent through Cape Cod Associates. As a landlord we couldn’t be happier with them. Marjie and Mike always go the extra distance for our tenants as well as ourselves. We would recommend them 100%.
They were super helpful with us securing a summer house rental. Answered calls and emails efficiently and responded to our questions in a quick manner.
We enjoyed dealing with Cape Cod Associates for our Cape Cod rental last year. They were very helpful.
Staff was very cordial. We booked way ahead to get a Sat - Sunday stay and paid up front. We didn't want to check out on a Saturday morning after a Friday evening wedding. Close to final deposit time, they asked to break contract and change to Sat - Saturday rental. We complied. House was beautiful, but many parts were not clean. 4 Bedrooms/2 baths.
