As a local guide on google reviews I have to say something. I tell everyone these are the best burgers in Miami maybe the USA. However recently the burgers have not been up to par. They fell off. The burger in town
would give this place 0 stars if that was an option. Honestly, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with a restaurant. My girlfriend went there to pick up our order, and the way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing. The customer service was terrible from the beginning, and there was absolutely no professionalism or effort to help.
