I love this salon! Seleste and her team are great!
Ive been looking for a salon that's affordable and i finally found 1. The in and out service was perfect!! My hair looked so healthy, bouncy & full of life. Will definitely be back
I DM’d the salon Christmas night and got a response the next morning. I had a crochet style and wanted to have my hair shampooed, rinsed, and flat ironed before returning to Maryland. I was in at 1:30pm and out at 3:00pm. REMARKABLE! Celeste was very pleasant to chat with. She was knowledgeable and explained the difference between a rinse, a demi and a semi-permanent. She laid my edges down. And, my hair came out bouncy and silky smooth. I love the in and out concept. I highly recommend this salon for natural girls like me.
I love this place! All the stylists are nice and professional. The shop is always clean and I've never had to wait a very long time for my hair. The In and Out service idea is genius! AND it's affordable. I can tell the customers are really valued. ♥
I really can't express all the good service that I received since the day I went to Seleste my hair have grown back and she treat my hair like its her very own...I am so proud of this young lady that she open up her on stop and she received a lot of client ...... So unprofessional. I have never had a worst experience in my life. The owner was extremely rude & unpleasant. I came here to get an in & out service for an extremely important event & did not receive it due to the owner and her so called issues with my dry scalp. I felt so unwelcomed as soon as I entered the door. The owner did not care about the huge inconvenience she cause or did not try to offer a solution to the so called problem that prevented her from doing my hair. The towels smelled like mildew. I never got the same stylist the owner booked my appointment and didn't tell the stylist I was coming and she rushed me off the phone when I made the appointment. Babies in the shop... Very unprofessional
I was over charged by a person who didn't pass math. From $35 to $55 but today $40 for the $35 service. A

You were charged $15 for a relaxer. You will have to pay 40$ if you want the same service minus a relaxer. We are not arguing with customers regarding prices. Sorry you are having trouble understanding that. Have a good day.
