I just moved in 9/1/23, and this place is like a horrible hotel. This 1929 unit is disgusting, smells like nasty feet and ass. I'm a man so I deal with it. But the way the handle stuff is janky. For one, the smell of cats and dogs are breathtaking, not in a good way. I have flies, roaches, and the smell of shit when my windows are open. Which only 1 out of 3 windows work. Absurd that I have to split the utilities with the rest of the nasty people. Nah... hell naaa

They suck I been renting off of them for a year and they didn't fix shit told them the roaches were bad spread once then that's it celling light feel bout hit my 2 year old they never fixed it 832 perry street in Covington stay away from that apt the people up stairs she kept going though my stuff told cap nothen was done real bad people to rent from

My sister had a apartment threw cap she's been there for 4 years paid her bills on time didn't cause any problems and she was on a year lease. Then she signed for another year lease last year in September and they didn't tell her that they didn't approve it and it kept taking money on a month-to-month and they just kicked her out for no reason she went down there to find out and the receptionist and all of them are real rude disrespectful anybody rents from these people you're getting ripped off

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! C.A.P. Properties is a "RIP OFF"! So BEWARE they will advertise a apartment for rent and will have you to place a DEPOSIT & pay an APPLICATION FEE TOO! The C.A.P. Properties will do the same thing to other prospective tenants place a DEPOSIT & pay an APPLICATION FEE for the same apartment! So there is 2-5 PROSPECTIVE TENANTS "FIGHTING" FOR THE SAME APARTMENT!
