although the staff was great i bought an over $5000 leer truck canopy from capit lethbridge . I feel completely ripped off as a customer. The workmanship on this product is substandard and unacceptable for something that cost well over $5,000. The only solution provided was to remake the same defective product a second time, with no meaningful improvement. In my view, the replacement was just as poor as the original. The crew at Cap It are the BEST! Incredibly polite and helpful! My hullavator is attached to an unusual rack system and was having problems getting it to secure tight -they added a bolt and made sure all of the others were nice and tight. Gave recommendations for the future care of the system

Give it to the Lethbridge Capit team for supporting a product especially with a rep called Brandon who went above and beyond in meeting a tight deadline. We are going on a 3 week trip and the product mototote works awesome. Installed and educated the workings of the product. Cant wait for the next product install.
