Pretty simple. I came in to “purchase” bed rails for my F250. When sales lady heard what I was buying and she saw another customer “interested “ in a several thousand dollars bed cover. She left me immediately and was all over him. I Had only limited time to wait. Left store with my money still in my wallet. That other person may have obtained the information he needed to buy on the internet. I wanted to buy local small business, these guys made it difficult.

Service what they sell went back twice for a small problem to busy to take care of it after all I only spent a $1000.00 all they need to do is order a small rubber insert for it and it was still under warranty not HAPPY will not go BACK Maybe because I am a snow bird SAD
