I’ve been going here for years because she’s all I’ve known and convenient at this point with my information. BUT waiting every time at least 30 mins to an hour past my appointment, sometimes leaving because I couldn’t stay is not cool. This time was the icing on the cake when they took a client who showed up 5mins before me even though their appointment time was 15mins after me. The crazy part is the patient even told Dr. Cao she wasn’t next. Not very pleased. I took two hours off of work and my son is now in extended care.
