We moved into Canyonstone Apartments 2 years ago and everything was great. Then came lease renewal.... which increased everyone’s rent by an exorbitant amount. Mine increased by $250. According to their office staff the market caused the price of rent to go up. About 6 months later the same apartment as mine was being rented out for $175 less. Tenants were unhappy. RecommendedGreat place. Please open the gym. It’s a private gym not a public one so it doesn’t fall into the governors restrictions. Put a 3 to 5 person max mom on it for now and will clean it on our way out every time. Please consider doing this because we are going crazy
The apartments aren't very sound proof, I can hear the people above and behind me constantly. The complex is settling terribly, my neighbors moved out because of it. The staffing is friendly on most occasions and maintenance is quick, but with a newborn I don't feel safe with my ceiling bowing in and my walls cracking. Plus I've left a couple of noise complaints after hours and it doesn't help, all the answering service does is call the police. So far so good. Office is great to us
Loved the whole place. It was like staying at a small resort. Pool was clean and well maintained. The grounds and walkways were kept nice. The staff were all helpful and friendly. We had good neighbors. Loved the outdoor bbq shelter. Over all a very nice experience here.
Calm Place & The Apartments Are Very Nice
The grills are a fire hazard because nobody cleans up after Using them and maintenance does not come by to see if they are in working order I had to use a lighter to start one the other day
Very disappointed in these apartments, the buildings are settling terribly with cracks everywhere in the walls, not soundproof at all, upstairs neighbors are stomping around at all hours. The pool is no longer fun as there are multiple teenagers there with more than 2 guests at a time, unsupervised children running around, adults and teenagers taking over the hot tub for hours with yet again more than 2 guests to the point you can't get in it. And not to mention the lack of security.
Well it's there Tldr: its expensive for the quality, but compared to other options it's the bestdeal in Artesia. Sorry. There is a serious lack of rentals at the $1k to $1.5k range and all your decent options are here. Gym is good, pool is good, landscaping excellent. Very Dog and Cat friendly.
