Nice neighborhood I enjoy everyone here and it's safe but American homes has some serious issues with authority, we follow our lease to the best of our ability yet there's always another issue to them. I find it feels as they don't want anyone to be living here with the amount of issues they impose. The neighborhood is safe and clean but the only thing we find is we're not safe from being threatened with Eviction for small things. We've gotten notice for small issues but they do not clarify their concerns.
Great neighborhood nice place to live
