Do not plan on having guests over, they will have no where to park and you won’t either. Or you can pay $100 a month for a garage your car will barley fit into and may not be right by your apartment. Do not plan on sleeping past 7 AM! It is everything but quiet. It is always a work zone! Dumpsters being emptied right outside of your bed room window, workers outside drilling, sawing, shouting etc. windows let in every noise. We have lived in the South Bay area (Chula Vista/National City) for over 25 years, and this has been the worst experience in our apartment rental history. It started out bad right from the start with the Assistant Manager/Leasing person giving us incomplete information regarding the utilities, she said 70-80 dlls for 3 people, when it ended up being 150 dollars monthly. NO PARKING. You may be forced to park far from your "home" in a Shopping Plaza only to have your vehicle towed. NO PARKING

Canyon Villa ,Truly has " Apartment Homes". This is a great place to live. Full size washers and dryers , central AC ,Fireplaces , Garages and a great Location with quick access to the freeway. Anna in the office is on top of things and makes it easy to live here. Gary the Maintenance Supervisor has done an awesome job. All our requests big or small have been met in a timely manner hes a great addition to their team.
