I came in last August and the 1 star reviews must be for old managers. When ever I put in maintenance requests they either had a guy in to fix it by the next day, or called a professional to come in the day after. Everyone here is genuinely nice and many apartments hang out together. The new managers have been working hard to bring back the Canyon Terrence reputation and, when I came in August, were working almost all day on completing the volleyball/basket ball court for the Tennant's.
