I showed up without an appointment on a Saturday and Abdul toured me. His attitude and demeanor were extremely pleasant and friendly, no pressure at all and he really went above and beyond with trying to show me as many potential units that would fit what I was looking for. I’ve had a wonderful move in experience with this apartment complex. From the get go, I met with Abdul & he was so helpful. He took the time to show me many different units across the property, answered all of my questions, went above & beyond, and has remained professional and extremely helpful even after move in. The property is beautiful, surprisingly quiet, all amenities are updated, my unit was renovated really well, and the apps you use for Amazon deliveries, paying rent etc are all super easy to use. My application fee has not been refunded and it has been over 2 months since I wasn’t approved. From the month of May the office agents have been giving numerous excuses saying that they have sent out a check through the mail and 2 weeks later I do a follow up call and I talk to Coleman. H and he tells me that they have credited the amount in the card that was used and i know for a fact that nothing was credited to my account nor was a check sent.
