My husband and I toured on Saturday and were given the weekly rates for if we rented an apartment from that day until February 28. When we called today, the rate did not go up as promised. The price was guaranteed to be $2052 if the lease began January 17, and $2077 if the lease began today or tomorrow. Instead of $2077, they told us the price is now $2,400. Very disappointing.
Canyon Terrace Apartments is a fraudulent apartment complex. They will over charge you in the cleaning fees when you try to move out. They will try to charge you for past damage from previous tenants & illegally charge you for fresh paint when you move out. They clame they are a luxury apartment complex but that is the farthest thing from the truth the maintenance staff have no regard for the tenants parking as I had maintenance carts parking in my stop every week even though there are designated spots for them to park when ... read more
