First off I don't understand the reviews because I got a very great experience getting into this apartment. I am from another state and I have not rented in 3 years. Most apartments here in California require 24 months rental history, 650+ credit score, and 3x rent for income requirement. Mind you it's already expensive to rent here. Don't rent there, as their employees are liars and thieves. They promised to refund my application fee and holding deposit last July, but guess what, they didn't refund anything at all. Doooo notttt rent here! I was told it take a week to get a holding deposit back and then I called again and was told 15 day then on the 15th day I didn’t receive anything then I was told my law they had 21 days I’m not sure what’s going on and I’m sure they get over on people. It’s an awesome apartment complex to live in! The amenities are updated, staff is awesome to work with, and super responsive to any questions/concerns that arise! We love living here!
