Jim, miguel, and team did a fantastic job with the full underlayment replacement! Miguel went above and beyond to hunt down the skylight manufacturer to get the necessary older replacement parts. Whenever we have roof issues we immediately reach out to canyon state 👍🏼
Canyon State Roofing did an excellent job from beginning to end on our complete re-roof job. From sitting down with Jim, the owner, to go over the bid and choices, all the way to the crews showing up and doing the work, to final walk-through with Miguel after it was completed, was an EXCELLENT experience. I also had a very good experience with the ladies in the office, as I needed my invoice quickly to help with our home insurance being lowered. I highly recommend you use them. I'm so glad we did!! :)
Canyon State is the GOAT of roofing. They are honest, efficient, knowledgeable about roofing and the products they use. They kept the driveway free of nails as requested (as it turns out, they do this anyway without the customer needing to ask). They show up when they say they will show up and they do what they say they will do; if only all contractors worked this way! What’s more they offer a great warranty and I found their pricing very competitive. I wish I could give them six or more stars!
The crew did an amazing job on my roof. Had it done in a couple of days, no mess, no nails on the ground, and I got three bids and these guys were right under the other two bids, so I saved money. I just felt comfortable with the process and it was a great choice to fix my roof. It was about 18 years old and I had a leak, but not any more!
Canyon State roofing did a great job on my tile roof relayerment. They use a high end material, double layer. They adhered to their detailed contract and to the schedule they had indicated. They cleaned up well after their work daily and at the end of the project. The only minor suggestion I have is to cover the pool better and on day one itself.
